How it works

Administrators create API keys in Settings → Developer API. Each key acts for your workspace only.
Safe by design
API keys can drive the case pipeline but cannot send anything outside RecovAI. Outbound letters and messages always need a signed-in person.
Full audit trail
Every change made with a key is recorded on the case timeline under the key’s name.
